This was our first RCCL experience and not a good one. We have cruised with Carnival 3 times prior and will not go on RCCL again.
Getting on was a breeze, liked that. Small ship, easy to get around and learn where everything was. Had inside room, very small, not great for a smoker, first thing room steward said was not to smoke very much, it would set off smoke alarm! Big alarm for me, luckily had friends with balcony stayed there except when sleeping! Shower is size of a toilet. SMALL. can't turn around and girls don't even try to shave your legs! Vibration was atrocious!
Staff was not friendly or helpful at ALL, have to figure it out yourself. Main dining was substandard, no lobster or shrimp-only cocktail, no sirloin or ribeyes; service was outstanding. Windjammer buffet was okay, had to peel and slice your own fruit! Salad was good. Ice cream machine shut down most of the time. Room service good but brought small pots of coffee had to order continuously.
