This was our 8th RCI cruise and the 3rd on the Jewel.

We arrived at the port at 11:30 and we were on board by noon, the process went very quick. We were surprised that we could go right to our cabin and unload our things, it was ready earlier then usual and spotless.

Our cabin attendant (Seepaul) greeted us promptly and asked what our needs were for the week, we never had to ask for anything, he remembered everything we requested, and always had the cabin done with out us being disturbed. Read more
