We are a couple in our late 50's.. have cruised approximately 15 times. This was our first cruise with NCL freestyle. Have cruised NCL before the freestyle was in effect. Have also cruised Celebrity, RCCL, HAL, Carnival.

Embarkment was a breeze.. definitely helps to have all your paperwork done. We were on the ship shortly before 12pm. Set up our dinner reservations for East Meets West and then proceeded to the Seven Seas Dining Room for lunch. By this time our cabin was ready..

We were in Cabin 0212.. BA Category, level 10 Balcony. We were concerned about being in a side balcony cabin. Have always been in the aft.. and even though' we still prefer the aft, we were surprised that there was not a problem with wind while were were at sea. Actually used our balcony alot. The cabin was nice.. Fresh and clean. Good closet and storage space. Bathroom small, but "great" water pressure! We had requested an eggcrate for our bed, otherwise the bed would have been very, very hard. Requested feather pillows and they were instantly replaced.
