My wife and I are sitting in the airport in Santo Domingo just finished our 4th cruise with RCI and this was our 1st trip on the Legend of the Seas from the DR.
Overall it was a great trip but there were some issues that need to be resolved for this port to make it.
When we arrived in Santo Domingo the Porter Staff and Shuttle Staff were very aggressive with tips and disorganized. They made sure to get in your face to give them money for taking your luggage even though we pre-paid for transfer to the ship.
