Background: Married couple with grown children. 40th cruise, 8th on RCCL. Live near Galveston.
This is our first Voyager class cruise. The ship is beautiful and the royal promenade is incredible.
Embarkation: Fast, security line was 10 minutes long. Platinum line was empty, took 4 minutes to check in. Cool glass of champagne as we crossed the gangway. Arrived about 12:30pm, headed up to Deck 11 Windjammer for lunch while waiting on cabins to become available.
