We drove in from Tampa and stayed at the Marriott Residence inn which is only about 2 miles from the port. Cost was $100 for a suite with a full bedroom and full kitchen including a free breakfast buffet and free internet. The racetrack gas station next door had a full service coffee bar and lots milk for the kids. My wife and the two kids stayed in the bedroom and my brother and his wife stayed on the king size fold out couch. Plus, the hotel had free parking for the cruise so we left my brother's car there and took our van with all the luggage and parked at the cruise parking lot.
