Maybe I was spoiled by last year's holiday cruise on HAL, but this year's trip on Century was sadly lacking by comparison.
Embarkation was very disorganized and took a long time. We completed all of the forms in advance online as requested but never received any confirmation documents, and they had to start the whole process over again as we stood at the counter. To top it off, they were apparently training a brand new counter agent that day, which seemed like the wrong time to be conducting employee training. She kept making mistakes, and then the printer broke down and had to be replaced. Unfortunately, all of this disorganization at the beginning set the tone for the rest of the cruise.
Our "suite" was reasonably roomy but the furnishings seemed worn and threadbare. The deck lounge chairs had no cushions and were uncomfortable.
