My sister and I sailed on the Voyager the week of January 13, 2008. We have heard mixed reviews on all aspects and in our own opinion we loved sailing on her.

The wait to get on-board was quick and pain free. The minute we boarded we were able dropped off our carry-on luggage in our cabin and then went to explore the ship.

We'll list our only two disappointments first. One disappointment we had was the number shops on board. We were under the impression they had twice the number of shops that we actually saw but we did not let it spoil our vacation since we knew there would be plenty of shopping in all the other ports of calls we were going to visit. The other disappointment was downtown Progresso. We found it scary to walk around the downtown area and was glad that we had another person with us. 90% of the people downtown spoke no English and the other 10% spoke very limited English. My sister was looking for coffee to bring back to her supervisor and when we finally found the only store in town that sold them we were told that they would not take U.S. Dollars and since we did not have peso's we decided to head back to the ship. There were shops right on pier right off the ship so we were able to find what we needed.
