Norwegian Sun January 12-19, 2008
Let me first say that this is our fifth cruise. We've sailed Celebrity once, Carnival twice, and now NCL twice. We are a couple in our mid thirties and have taken our children (now 14 and 10) on one cruise, although we went solo on this one.
Miami Hotel We had booked a hotel in South Beach for the night before, and we came to regret it. We stayed at the Chesterfield Hotel, a small boutique hotel on Collins Ave. Wanted to check out some clubs and then catch a few hours of sleep. Unfortunately, flights were delayed and we didn't arrive until after 11, so we decided to call it a night. We had a great room, suite actually, with a very nice bath and very comfortable bed. Too bad the club downstairs was so loud that we couldn't fall asleep until after 5am. Won't be staying there again!
