We took a Celebrity on Constellation 4 years ago and were wowed. We just went on Century a week ago and were severely underwhelmed.

The passengers on Constellation were polite, well dressed, and well behaved. Century, felt a lot more like Carnival.

Murano, the fancy restaurant. We went for the special menu that was about $300; bad choice. They made a big deal about how the special menu was all about the wine accompanying the food. The wine was good, but, they barely gave you any at all. When the main course came, the red, a Chateau Rothschild, was fabulous. Unfortunately we got literally 1/4 of a glass.
