I have been on 7 cruises but this is my first on Norwegian. Besides a surly woman making sure we all had our passports out, the embarkation process was the easiest I've ever done. We were literally on the ship in less than 10 minutes. I've stood in line for up to an hour on other cruises.

The food-all I can say is the buffet is boring and awful. Breakfast is ok, but I would head for the rear of the ship and get an omelet made to order in the morning. I never could find toast anywhere. Lunch and dinner smelled and looked the same every day. I think I can live another year without seeing another hamburger. It's a shame-the buffet on every other line was always very good.

The highlight? The ice cream spot was busy every day, all day. The girls worked hard scooping the flavors of the day. They also had soft serve ice cream.
