We booked our cruise over the phone with Princess as the website was acting up. We were never asked about our bed configuration and never were told what cabin we would be in.

Embarkation was smooth and easy. We found we had been upgraded from the Dolphin deck to the Emerald Deck which was nice as we had a covered balcony.
