We are experienced cruisers. My husband, son and I have sailed on Carnival, Norwegian, Disney, Holland America and the Queen Mary two. We enjoyed every one of those ships. This is our third cruise on Royal Caribbean and the worst ever! Our first cruise with Royal Caribbean was on the Enchantment of the Seas, which we enjoyed very much, and the second was on Serenade of the seas, also enjoyable. The Majesty of the seas was the pits!!!

Embarkation was a breeze! I'll give Majesty of the seas a ten for that.

Our cabin was very tiny. The bathroom smelled like sewage the whole time. We complained several times but the problem could not be rectified. Our cabin attendant was very hard working, however. There was constant banging directly above our cabin making it impossible to sleep at night. This was reported, but nothing could be done. Their excuse being that their photo shop was directly above our cabin. Nobody is buying or selling photographs at 2am in the morning. The air conditioner was faulty as well.
