This was my first cruise and, boy, was I disappointed. First, we had extremely noisy neighbors... four young guys on spring break. When they were whooping it up at 3:15 a.m. I had to call guest relations three times before they did anything. I asked for another cabin and they gave me a pass to one which was already being used!!!!! Finally, after many, many complaints we got a cabin that was acceptable. I was very disppointed with the way RCI handled the entire mess....no apologies, perks, upgrades, etc.

Everyone told me that there is virtually no motion felt on these big ships. Hogwash! This baby felt like a roller coaster ride most of the time. The food was mediocre at best and the entertainment was, well, let's just say I now know where all of the singers/dancers/magicians/etc. who can't cut it on land go for work! The Dining Room food was barely tolerable, so we tried Chops for a night. This was hardly any better. My prime rib was tasteless and the service was terrible.

The pool areas were very nice, except too few adult-only areas. Many people seem to let their kids run loose on this cruise, only to bother & annoy other passengers.
