Small ship, bad food, poor staff, very limited onboard amenities.
The food at all of the free locations onboard was about on par with what you would expect from airline food, everything frozen and stale. The only decent food was at the restaurants that required a cover charge. Dining dress code is too strict, and there was no formal night (i.e. no captain's diner type event).
The staff was friendlier about half way through the voyage for some reason. About 80% of the wait/bar staff are from the Philippines. That wouldn't be such a big deal if they would teach them to speak English to break the major communications barrier.
