Having cruised every major line on the seas...and experiencing accommodations anywhere from an inside cabin to an ultra suite---we feel obligated to help fellow cruisers in their decision-making process. This was our experience.
This was a December cruise and the weather was fantastic with light showers only in Cozumel and choppy seas just outside of New Orleans upon return.
We booked about 3 months prior and chose an inside cabin because we got in on a group rate that knocked off over $100 per person under advertised prices. This was our first experience on NCL, and had avoided it because of the advertised "Free Style Dining". We were not sure we would like this, even though close friends raved about it's versatility. For the record, I am retired (60) and my wife is 48. No children.
