I want to start by saying my wife and I take many cruise vacations a year. We are Platinum members with RCCL. We live in south Florida so we drove to the port and arrived at 11am. We parked at the Park and Fly spot next to the port. If you have AAA its like $8.00 a day. They took us over to the port were we were meeting out other couple friends. When we arrived at the port the place was empty. We dropped the bags off with a porter and walked right in. I asked for the crown desk and was ignored by 3 employees. Then finally someone said over there. We were checked in with no problem at all. Then were walked threw security and right on board past everyone due to our platinum status. The ship was beautifully as all Voyager class ships are. I went to our cabin 6322 and it was not ready but i dropped our bags off. Then went to chops to book dinner for Sunday night. We waited for our friends to board and we went to the Windjammer for lunch. Food was cold and not so good.

The cabin was very clean and large and our cabin person was great. I went to sign up for wifi for our cabin as we had laptops. The person told me that the wifi was not working and to use it at our risk. I was told by 4 different people the wifi coupons only work in the web room. finally someone said no you can use them any were.

I find the bars and ship clean and big. The service i found not to be so good. We ate in the dinning room only 2 nights the food was ok service great. I don't think they had allot of choices on the menu. The windjammer food was always cold and not good at all. The ship had a bad smell in some areas as the bathrooms were over flowing in some public areas. The captain Rick was so nice and i saw him everywhere. He is from Canada.
