Sorry about the late review everyone. We are from Tulsa and had the last flight in from Tampa before the closed the airport due to the ice storm. After returning Dec. 9th we are still without power, but I'm back at work and at least have some time to write during breaks and at lunch to get my review in. It's going to be long as the reviews I read were so helpful, so I'll title things if you want to skip around.

Pre-Cruise We used our Carnival PVP. She was absolutely wonderful through the whole process. I called with numerous questions and she was always kind and helpful. I noticed a lower price online and called, and she initiated a ship board credit for us as well. I resisted the urge to do my cruise documents online since I wanted the experience of them being mailed and am glad I waited. The baggage tickets they issue through mail looked much easier to use than the ones we noticed at the port.

Tampa We flew in the day before cruise departure and stayed at the Radisson Bay Harbor hotel. We used Goldpoints and were upgraded to a Suite. What a wonderful surprise. They had free transportation to/from the airport and cruise transportation at $10 per person. They dropped us off for a wonderful dinner at the Rusty Pelican. It provided for a wonderful pre-cruise dinner. They also took us shopping the next morning for water and Diet Dr. Pepper at a local Med-X or Walgreen's as I forget the exact one.
