This was our 7th cruise and we were looking forward to this one very much . WE were also going on RCCL Liberty of the Seas directly following this one. We watched the weather [hurricane]a few days prior to leaving , just to see if it would affect us while we were on the ship. It turned out that wasn't so much of a problem-it was headed up the eastern coast to Nova Scotia !!! It had diminished in strength somewhat but was headed straight for us! Our flight was scheduled for 6am the day before we were to cruise . We got out on the flight but the airport was shut down and noon on that day and into the next day.- we would surly have missed the ship had we not gone on our flight!

PRE_CRUISE AND EMBARKATION

Having heard so much about Priceline on these boards- we gave it a try and LOVED the Yankee Trader. This location was GREAT . The service at this Hotel was exceptional . We were right on the beach with all amenities around us. We also were lucky enough to get it for three days post cruise[s]. We arrived at the ship the next day at 11:15am and were boarding and on the ship at 11:50 - not bad! Touring the ship and taking photos of all the public areas was great ,lunch followed.
