In September, 2006, Dirtgirl and Critterchick decided that it was time to plan a girls' cruise. We selected Vision because of the convenience (for Jean) and the relative affordability of flights (for Carol). In addition, we had both sailed Vision before and like the ship.

Embarkation Each embarkation seems to be the easiest one ever. We arrived at the pier shortly after noon, and it took no more than 15 minutes from the time we were dropped at the terminal until we were onboard. We had priority boarding, but the regular lines weren't too long either.

Overall Impressions Vision is a very pretty ship. She has a nice Atrium that lets in plenty of light, a nice Solarium and many places to play, have a drink or read in peace, depending on your preferences. The public areas are well maintained, and the crew is out cleaning continuously. She has a few bumps and bruises on her, but for the most part is in great shape.
