I often read critical reviews and wonder if the writer is just being unreasonable...or if they've just been unlucky. This time we were travelling in a group of 59...ages ranging from 4 to 70 in almost every category available on the ship. We had a blind guest in our group as well as a couple with impaired mobility. As group coordinator, I heard all of the feedback...the good, the bad & the ugly. I'll try to keep the review brief but keep in mind I'm speaking on behalf of a very large group.

Embarkation: Arrived approx 1pm to extensive line up. Things moved along steadily & we were on board within an hour or so. Have to admit I was a little horrified at the terminal...it looked more like a grimy industrial warehouse than a cruiseship terminal! Staff were wonderful & helped sort out some booking & room occupancy issues in no time flat!

Luggage: A number of guests did not receive luggage until 1am! In fact my son's luggage was found by other group members sitting in the hallway outside one of the lounges...just sitting there...unattended & nowhere near ANY guest rooms!!!
