Sail Date: Nov 2007

This was our first cruise and we were celebrating our anniversary. The cruise was very inexpensive. We paid $906 for 2 people and $1100 on our Sail and Sign card so $2200 approx with shore excursions. With my taste in service and in ambiance we probably should have booked a little higher end boat.

This boat was definitely a party boat "Booze Cruise" with tons of Smokers. I use to smoke so I can relate but today smokers are the minority and non-smokers are the majority. So with that being said we couldn't visit any of the public bars and disco because it was way too smokey to walk in. They would have been busier if they had catered to Non-Smokers.

Being my first cruise I was sick the first 2 days. The infirmary told me Friday Morning to take the patch I had the doctor prescribe OFF. The infirmary highly discourages passengers from using them. They said that they cause a lot of side effects and can actually make you more sea sick. So I took it off and had to wait 8 more hours until I could take Bonine. Which I think helped but not until Saturday morning. The seas were about 5-7 feet.
