My first HAL cruise was on the Veendam Oct 28 to Nov 4th.This was my 10th cruise including my most recent on RCCl my favorite.

Pre cruise...flew down the day before and stayed with my father who was cruising with me.

Embarkation...arrived at the ship at 12:30 noon and faced a very long line for passengers who had done the online embarkation forms, to the left was a line of 3 people who hadn't done the online reg. Of course we done the online reg and being that I was traveling with my 80y/o father who can't stand for long they let us go to the 3rd line which was much shorter...for pass with disabilities/ handicap .
