WESTERN MEDITERRANEAN.
My sister and I.. both from Arizona..both in our 60s.. decided to do Rome and the Mediterranean Cruise pretty much on our own. How foolishly naive. Arrived in Rome on Friday and sailed on Tuesday October 16. I have cruised on Regent, Crystal, Celebrity and Carnival, 7 in all. My sister is a travel agent and has done more than she can remember. We chose the cruise because of the itinerary.
FLIGHT OUT.. Delta...no major problems. Vegas to Cincinnati to Rome. We booked with Carnival to get the insurance. We would book our own next time.
