Ship was Beautiful, and the bathroom were the nicest we have ever had on any ship we have sailed, which is a lot. But the food was not good at all, they didn't even provide trays in the buffet, they give you a plate and silverware wrapped in a napkins, guess they thought balancing drinks on our heads was considered the entertainment! Staff was not helpful to older passengers who needed assistance Unless asked to! Entertainment was really lacking compared to other cruise lines. But the real kicker was the outbreak of illness which I noted 3 days into the cruise, as they would no longer allow you to help yourself, even to the Sweet & Low, but denied anything was wrong the whole time, unless 3 days before we returned to New York, in which we were FINALLY notified what had broke out, and if you had any symptoms to go to the infirmary ASAP, for free!

Too many "bean counters" on this ship line for me. We are us to sailing on ships which provides more, and doesn't try to charge for food (cover charge restaurants), juices in the room, $4.50 for a bottle of water in the room, and a dip into the spa!

Worst Line you can sale with, and it is a shame as we did cruise with them in 2001 and really enjoyed it. But no longer. Will not do it again.
