We just got back from our cruise on the Norwegian Gem 7 day cruise around the Med Sea. This was the second full cruise for the Gem and she was up to speed like a ship that had been around for years. That was attributed to the management team that they had and I heard from many staff members that the group that they had on board got a crew up to speed faster than ever before.
