Navigator of the Seas is an amazing ship. This was our first cruise and we were shocked by this ship and its many wonders. Our magnificent vacation aboard this astounding ship was so amazing and wonderful not simply because of the physical reality of the beautiful ship but even more so because of the fantastic service we experienced throughout the ship.
Some of the staff we met deserve special mention, if you meet these people, count yourself lucky, they are all amazing. Our bartender in the stunning Cosmopolitan lounge overlooking the ship and the surroundings on the 15th deck was Roger Pasmore. What a great guy and a great bartender. Royan Caribbean should really promote him, he works so hard to make people happy and satisfied in every way. He set us up with a friend of his in Ocho Rios for a personally guided tour, and the result was the best day of our trip. Mark Henry is a must see in Jamaica, mon. What he did for us was great, we got to see everything we wanted to see, and more. All of this while in no rush and no need to wait for others. Our group of four had the best time with Mark, a great guy everyone should try to hire as your personal tour guide in Jamaica. We can't wait to go back and see Roger, Mark, and Roger's family on that beautiful island.
For our delicious dinners we couldn't have had better service and more fun than we did with our wait staff of Isidoro Rebello and Eveline Gheorgiu, they were simply the best on board. Their attention to detail was unsurpassed and they made dining in the same dining room for 7 nights and special occassion each evening - truly amazing! In addition was our dining room bartender Sean Bryan, and really Irish Jamaican - you can't find a better combination. And Sean was the best, he made sure we always had what we wanted and when we wanted it. He works hard and happily to make people happy.
