I've cruised before, but this was my first cruise with Royal Caribbean. The Service that we had on the ship was stupendous, especially our room steward. She made a concerted effort at learning our names on the first day of the cruise, she used them every day there after. Everytime that my family and I had encounter with the staff, they were absolutely gracious and were very efficient and friendly. What we noticed also with the staff is that they were there, but they weren't, if you know what I mean. They had a presence, but they weren't intrusive.

The public spaces were immaculate, the pool deck included. Crew, staff were always cleaning. On other ships we've been on, junk has been everywhere and people were tripping over it. The guests were cleaning up after each other.

One thing that we loved about the drinks that the waiters that were walking by the pool, was that you could get the drinks with or with out the liquor. They had the bottle of liquor on their tray, if you wanted it in your drink, they would pour in however much you wanted. And if you didn't want any, they would leave the drink alone.
