We arrived in Orlando the day before and stayed at the Doubletree at the Airport. It was a really nice hotel and they had a great breakfast downstairs. I rented a car for $55 and that was a lot cheaper than taking a shuttle that was $40 bucks a person. The car rental places are near the port and they shuttle you to the ship entrance. The disembarkation process was very easy and quick. We arrived around 2pm.

We got two cabins with an adjourning door and this was very nice for the four of us. It was an inside cabin but was nice and big compared to some ships I have been on. We had a great time on the Glory. My 2 & 4 year old loved Camp Carnival and cried when they had to leave. It was a great free program. Carnival is one of the only cruise lines that allows two year olds in their kids program. Even Disney wants them to be three or you have to pay more money. My only complaint about Camp Carnival was that on the last two sea days it closed a lot in the afternoon so that they could have activities that made money like creating a teddy bear. I would not have cared to pay for these activities but they made it so that parents had to accompany their child. We did not get up very early so on sea days we would put them in Camp Carnival around 11am even though it opened at 9am but then it closed from 12-2 for lunch and then on these days it closed again from 3:30-5:30. I loved spending time with my kids on the boat but we liked the morning and wanted them to spend the afternoon in Camp Carnival so that we could read and relax. The camp carnival staff was great and like I said earlier my kids loved going. Both of my kids were exhausted throughout the cruise from doing so many activities. This is a good thing when your 2 and 4 year old are not bored but loving the vacation. After the cruise we went to Disneyworld and on the flight back to California I asked my daughter what her favorite part of the trip was and she said Camp Carnival. She loved going to Disneyworld, but Camp Carnival ranked higher. I felt so comfortable with the staff that we left our kids in Camp Carnival while we got off the ship in St. Martin to go snorkeling. Both my children wanted to stay in Camp Carnival when given the choice of going snorkeling or playing with there new friends.

St. Martin was a beautiful port and we loved going to a beach lying on beach chairs and snorkeling throughout the day while drinking .75 beers.
