Celebrity Century - Northern Europe - August 14-26, 2007

Amsterdam: Arrived via KLM to Amsterdam. Booked a private transfer with Auto Venture through our travel agent as we arrived 3 days ahead of ship departure. Auto Venture driver was waiting for us even though we had been rebooked on a different flight. Only complaint was that we parked a LONG way from the terminal. This may be normal.

Stayed at the Hotel Ambasade in Amsterdam. Would rate this hotel 10 out of 10. Great location (in several canal houses right on the canal - walking distance to just about everything - bikes available for rent). Can't say enough good about the Ambasade. Great service. Great accommodations. Every room is different as the hotel is in buildings that were former private residences. Read more
