While the Sensation may not be the biggest or newest, what a ship she still is! My daughter age 22 and I took a much needed vacation together on our first and definitely not last cruise for three nights the Nassau, Bahamas. Dining on the Sensation was exceptional! Not only the quality, but the service and enormous amount of choices, made our dining experience a joy! Entertainment was constant with my only complaint being that I couldn't do it all....there just wasn't enough time!

Our cabin was the lowest grade available, and we were expecting miniscule spaces, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Though we opted for the least expensive so we could use our money for island shopping, we had everything we needed. The bunks were at an angle with the upper folding flat against the wall allowing for optimal space. There were double closets and plenty of drawers. The bathroom was entirely adequate with very hot water for showers and washing. As with all Carnival cruise ships we were delighted by the towel animals greeting us when the beds were turned down. We were also pleasantly surprised by the fun assortment of free samples left for us to peruse and enjoy!

I have no complaints and would gladly book the same cruise again! Seasick? Not at all, we often forgot we were even on a ship, unless we were outside enjoying the scenery or many pools of course!
