This is our 12th cruise on RCCL. We have done other lines and prefer RCCL. We traveled with a group of 12.

The only problem we had was drop off when we arrived to the port. Usually you unload at the covered area and then move your car to the parking deck. We arrived about 11:30 to find a major traffic jam, we have never had this before. Our friends that arrived about 11:00 had to park and take their luggage through the parking area to the luggage area. We waited about 45 minutes to get the the unloading area they had set up, it was 5 parking place at the front of the building. The buses were the only one able to use the cover loading area, they did open it to cars about 1:00. After we unloaded we walked right up to the counter to check in.

Our cabins were very nice and clean. Everyone except one couple had a balcony cabin, the other had a cabin overlooking the center of the ship, it was very nice and roomy.
