We took this same cruise two years earlier. We're familiar with the ship as we completed a transatlantic cruise on the Brilliance the year before.
Everything was as expected. The ship was spotless with young ladies circulating around the ship wiping off public surfaces.
In 2003 we did the Radiance of the Seas Alaska cruise which was enjoyable but I have to include that the food was not up to the usual RC standards. Later in that cruise several of our dinner table-mates had departed for meals at a local restaurant rather than suffer through the terrible food.
