We just returned from a 5-day western caribbean cruise on Enchantment of the Seas. Traveling together were 2 sisters, early 40's and our mom. We left husbands and 6 children at home.

Our itinerary was changed due to Hurricane Dean bearing down - and instead of visiting Ocho Rios, Jamaica and Grand Cayman instead we went to Labadee, Haiti and Nassau, Bahamas.

We flew from Providence to Fort Lauderdale on Southwest, a direct and uneventful flight and spent the night at the Ramada Cruiseport in Fort Lauderdale. We opted to not eat at the hotel, and instead took a cab to the Rustic Crab in Fort Lauderdale. The food was absolutely wonderful and it was a pleasant ride. Highly recommend the restaurant for food and atmosphere.
