Background Info well its my second carnival cruise the first being on the jubilee a much smaller ship heavens knows why they retired it Embarkation it was not bad i mean there are over 3000 people on board anyone who expects to walk on in 5 minutes is just being ridiculous Rooms i was very disappointed with the size of the cabin it was very clean and decorated in typical cruise style my stateroom steward Mario was awesome i told him i found the room small and he did his best to fix things and give me a little room i was cruising with my daughter 9 months and her father we were in one room my parents also came they had a separate cabin the other complaint i have aside from the cabin being small is that they charged me nearly 500 dollars for a 9 month baby all i asked for for her was a crib and even if i did not request the crib that was the rate for her carnival needs to do better with that i did not want her to cruise free but that was too much. Dining i enjoyed it all my waiter gede and his partner were amazing he brought food for the baby which the rest of us ate anyway after all i paid for it he talked with us and made jokes we were really sad to leave him entertainment i went to all the shows and enjoyed them all i did find they could have done some more productions style shows the jubilee had about 5 but apart from that it was ok ports of call was disappointed really wanted to see cayman and mexico but because of the hurricane we could not do western caribbean carnival gave us 25 dollars each per customer i personally thought they could have done better since things are ridiculously expensive on the ship nassau bahamas beautiful place first time i was there we did an island tour i will definitely be flying back there to stay at hotel atlantis st.thomas was there before so we linked up with a friend and just hung out st.maarten well i live in st.maarten so i went home and washed my clothes.if you are ever coming to st.maarten let me know and i will arrange something for you with blythe'stourscarental you can email them blythetourcarrental.com or me at freakyj069@hotmail.com

sea days i slept walked around on deck went into the casino once won little bit of money on craps then lost it back but it was for fun so i did not mind debarkation was long and tiring but as i said it is to be expected everyone wanted to go home overall it was a good cruise the room disappointed me but not even for me to say i will never cruise carnival again but i think i will give them a break for a while and explore the rest
