Hi Everyone,

Just got off the Sensation on Sunday, and this is my review this far. If anyone has any questions please let me know.

We actually went down on Wednesday afternoon and stayed in a hotel over night and we got up and headed to the port around 10 am or so we were able to walk right in and had to wait just a few mins before getting out S&S card and room keys. Because there was a wedding of about 61 people that needed to go on first cause they were having their wedding right away, But that did not last long at all. Once we got our S&S Cards and our room keys we had to wait for about 30 mins before we were able to board the ship which was fine the boys were too excited and amazed at how big the ships were. So they kept us entertained, this was the first time they had seen a cruise ship LOL. Once on board we went to the seaview grill and ate some lunch and it was really good. Like everyone said it is a purple ship it reminds us of a Las Vegas floating city with all the neon lights and stuff. at around 12:45 or so we went to our rooms and our room stewards came and introduced himself was really nice I don't remember his name but he was well on top of things. At 3:45 we went to our muster drills and the ship was backing out of the port at about that time we were able to go on top in front of the mini gulf course to watch her leave the port which right after getting out into the open waters it started to pour down rain which was fine it was a little hot outside. So we went to our stateroom and took showers to get ready for dinner we had early seating cause I am diabetic, so I cant wait to late to eat, so we went to eat at 5:45 and our wait staff was really good no complaints there. the boys dressed in their JROTC uniforms for dinner and everyone made over them. got our food and it was really good once again no complaints there either. After dinner walked around the ship some and explored and showed the twins where club o2 was and they went in there and we did not see them much after that for that night. Myself and my DH went to see the 80's show and it was great very well done. After that My DH and I went and walked around some more explored some of the club and had some samples of free liquor two little shots each and I was feeling it too was feeling really good too I am not much of a Drinker so It hit me good. Went to the 12 midnight late night comic and we had seen him before on the Celebration so nothing much there. There were alot of people from Savannah on this ship. So that was really interesting my son Adam even met his new girlfriend on the Sensation she goes to his school and everything how amazing is that. LOL. Read more
