Review of Grand Princess British Isles & Ireland July 28 - August 9, 2007

Guernsey - Holyhead - Dublin - Belfast - Glasgow - Orkney - Invergordon - Edinburgh - Le Havre (9 ports, 2 sea days)

This was our second Princess cruise in the British Isles. The first, two years ago on Golden Princess, had an itinerary that begged us to return. During that cruise we had several complaints, notably the quality of the food on board and a few issues with ship's tours. This time, two additional days and port calls were added, making for a rather busy cruise. I am pleased to say that the 2007 version aboard Grand Princess was much improved versus our previous experience. There were of course a few minor complaints but overall this was a much more pleasing cruise. This was also our 7th visit to Grand Princess and 13th Princess cruise.
