Overall a wonderful cruise, This was our 10th cruise , first on Princess. We selected a penthouse suite at the aft section of ship with a huge deck with 2 chaise & 4 chairs with table . Great views from this balcony . We had the Champagne breakfast while in Tracy Arm. Pastries, fruits, smoked salmon, crabmeat quiche , coffee & juices $ 28.00 with a half bottle of bubbly . This was fantastic as the dining rooms are very full this day with people hoarding tables all day to watch the scenery we were told . Amazing ride thru the canal with large floating chunks of blue glacier ice floating by . We selected a Helicopter flight in Juneau to the glaciers, and then to a dog sled camp , where we all drove the sled for about 10 minutes each after some simple instructions , We had sunshine all day at 70 degrees After the dog sled adventure we flew back to base , and then bused back to the town . Next we went to Skagway , where we took the train trio to the top of the mountain , about 2 hours & then buses to a bridge overlooking a canyon/waterfall. This was followed by Lunch at Jewel Gardens, which seemed like a tea party for old ladies with Hippy girls serving tea, and quiche for lunch w/salad . We choose to skip this part & walk back to town early and leave the tour , bus & all. We did not engage in the dress ups !

The town is very small with all the typical tourist shops.

In Ketchikan we caught the LumberJack show , this was kind of lame , but funny . Seemed very canned & scripted . Not much else to do here
