We decided on this particular cruise because of the family's schedule and we were taking our two older sons (23 & 19) who had not cruised before. Embarkation out of Long Beach, CA was wonderful. We arrived early at 12:30 and were immediately welcomed onboard with lunch and drinks at the Grille and poolside as our rooms were not ready yet. The service throughout the cruise was fabulous. The staff always greeted you and, when possible, did so by name. It was very impressive. Our waiter, Imade, and his assistant Pasha were the absolute best!!!! The food at Normandie's was delicious every night. Saying goodbye to Imade and Pasha was difficult for my family and they will not be forgotten. Breakfast and lunch at the buffet was also wonderful. With different stations, there was not too much of a wait at each station. My husband didn't discover the pasta station until well into the cruise, but once he did so, couldn't get over the choice of sauces and how good they were. My sons thoroughly enjoyed meeting new people and making new friends. They enjoyed all the clubs, the shows and entertainment. The cruise more than exceeded their expectations. Our staterooms were always clean, the towel animals a wonderful surprise each night, and room service wonderful.

We booked our cruise from Shore Trips and all turned out very well. We went ziplining in Puerto Vallarta with Canopy Tours (an adventure with a rock slide on the road), to the Stone Island Bay and Beach Party with King David Tours in Mazatlan and Cabo Beach Day at the Nikki Beach Club. We all had a great time at each stop.

This was our first time not getting off a ship early and it did take quite awhile to be called. Once called, however, disembarkation went quickly. The cruise was wonderful and as a family we had a fabulous time.
