Well this was my first cruise with my girlfriend and I. We loved it. I live in NJ, she lives in NY, so we chose to sail out of NY. Now for the details, I will keep this kind of short and simple, because I hate reading really long reviews...

Ship - The NCL dawn is really nice ship, well layed out and we were able to find our way around after first day easily. Only 1 minor complaint, there is only 1 main pool, and can be crowded at times. Ship is very clean Overall.

Cabin - Sorry, correction on the cabin category, we booked ocean view stateroom category BA room-10730, not AB(penthouse). The way I can describe the room is comfortably cozy, beds were really comfy, and shower was great. Note to all people, get a balcony room at the very least, it is so worth it. We had a great room off the back of the boat looking at the wake while sailing. Also people considering the penthouse suites , or (Romance suites)off the back of the boat, to me they are not worth the extra money for the amount of time you spend in the room. I have personally went into both categories to get an idea for future cruise, and I will stick with category (BA). They are slightly bigger. But if you are loaded then go for it. Also peeked into the owners suites up front, category (AA). Now these are truly worth the extra money if you have the money. OK enough about the rooms...
