We joined Grand Princess in Southampton. Car parking arrangements very efficient. Embarkation went very smoothly. Even though there was quite a queue there were numerous check-in staff and we were on board within 30 mins.

Our cabin - A520 on Aloha Deck (inside midship) was spacious and had ample hanging and drawer space. Our Cabin Steward Ronald made himself known to us immediately. He was first class, very efficient and friendly and looked after us admirably throughout the cruise.

Having been on Star Princess we were familiar with the layout and were able to find our way around fairly easily - the ship's mini pocket guide still proved useful on occasions though! The ship was clean and tidy and good housekeeping standards were maintained throughout the cruise.
