First time cruiser -- Husband & my 2 teenage children. Planned on arriving in Miami on Sun AM with hopes of spending time on south beach but AIR Travel issues resulted in very late PM arrival. Arrived at port on time and embarking was very smooth. The staff was extremely welcoming though a little pushy with "featured" drink sales. Settled in our cabin as luggage arrived. Our cabin steward was wonderful very clean and the pillows are great. Our room was made up and I have spilled a SPECK of lotion on the comforter-- when we got back to room the comforter was changed. Nice touch. First night dined the first seating -- all the selections were appealing and nothing was a disappointment. Definitely buy the soda card if you have kids. My 14 yr old daughter made friends with girls at our table and liked ClubO and karaoke with them. My 17 year old son probably would have faired better if he brought a friend. The shows were entertaining especially the "80"'s review. Comedian was funny. We did tour in Key West but it was extremely hot so was dripping when got back to the ship. Shore excursion in Cozumel we did snorkeling and beach party-- Really enjoyed (Although if you are an experienced snorkeler it could be considered lame but all levels available)

Formal dinner night and meet the captain cocktail party was nice but we felt we were rushed in the dining room-- courses moved too fast. Food was FAB Day at sea was true relaxation if that's what you want or busy if you want- lots of activities to choose from. GYM and jog track are gems.

Disembarkment was problem free we had later flight so did not need to rush so kinda of stayed back for those that needed to exited quickly. Read more
