.We have just completed our 5th cruise on Princess. We have cruised The Star - Alaska * The Island Princess - Panama Canal * The Diamond Princess - Mexican Riviera * The Sea Princess - Iceland, Norway & British Isles and this year The Grand Princess -British Isles.

We booked the Cruise Tour "The Ring of Kerry". The tour of the four days in Ireland was beyond our expectations It was well organized and our tour director, Barbara was both knowledgeable and personable, we couldn't have asked for more from a tour director. Now, here is the however, The Shannon Bun"RATTY" hotel was just that RATTY. We paid for a five star hotel and what we got was a place to spend the night that was dirty, musty, in need of major repair, mold in the bathroom and very noisy. There was a party going on and the band was playing so loudly you could feel the vibrations in our room, needless to say we were exhausted (we spent the day traveling from JFK to SNN) and we couldn't get to sleep due to the noise of the band till the wee hours of the morning. Also there was no sprinkler system or smoke alarms in the rooms. The Bun" RATTY" was a rip-off, we spent a good deal of money for this tour and in Shannon we did not get what we paid for.

The Killarney Plaza Hotel and Jury's hotel in Cork were beautiful hotels and more to the standards we expected. We were very pleased with those hotels.
