Embarkation: The lines should be more organized, and the ladies in the front checking in customers should be faster.

Cabin: We were in the Upper deck which was deck 6 we loved it.. except I rather be in mid-ship rather than the front because for some reason we felt the ship moving a little more than usual, our room could have been more spacious, I felt a little cramp being we had 4 people in the room, had 4 bunk beds would of preferred 1 double and 2 bunk beds.. but our steward was great he was on top of things, "Kudos to Henry"..

Recreation: All was great except I wish they had a bigger pool. The pools were kind of small for the amount of people on board.. However the Cruise Director and entertainment staff were great.. Loved Hurricane and Chris the Cruise Director.. Dining: We had the Washington Dining room table 425, late dining.. Our Head waiter's name was M he was great....He was on top of everything, he was cheerful and pleasant. Our food was very good and he always brought extras for my husband and son's hardy appetite.
