We sailed on June 16 from NY on an air-cruise package from NCL. A NCL rep was waiting for us at La Guardia baggage claim. Everything was a breeze. We were at the pier by 2pm and in our cabin by 2:45! The line appeared long upon arrival, but moved rapidly. Freestyle cruising was a relaxing change from the Carnival cruise we enjoyed previously. We made dinner reservations for the first two nights upon boarding and then explored the ship.

Saturday evening- Le Bistro. Fantastic service and superb meal. One tip-ask for regular water to avoid being charged for bottled or mineral water at dinner. The chocolate fondue for dessert is delicious!

Sunday- Day at sea was great. Breakfast at Venetian was peaceful and of better quality than the Garden Cafe buffet. Look for dolphins behind the boat! Lobster night in Aqua was decent.
