embarkment - nightmare, long lines, long waiting and herded around like cattle with no information. clean rooms, (had balcony), good cleaning staff. GREAT IDEA - hand disinfectant all over ship, wonderful!

" Free Style " is their thing, eat any time you want. Just don't look for any food after midnight. Over 2,000 people on the ship and all you can find is greasy wings etc in a small restaurant (Blue Lagoon) that accommodates 60 - 10 year olds or in the casino where there is a TINY buffet that has people sticking their grimy hands in it. You leave the shows, gambling, dancing etc and there is nothing to eat but room service which is also lacking in healthy choices unless you like PB&J and Pizza.

Main Buffet (Garden Cafe) on Floor 12 is a disorganized mess. get a waffle and where's the syrup and butter? (in 3 different places) Now let's try to find a fork. Milk for your coffee - 3 out of 4 dispensers empty. Nothing is set up consistently. Ask for help? Is the pasta station closed? Oh Miss, open on other side...I walk on other side..guess what? completely CLOSED!!! You constantly have to tell the workers that they are out of things..they don't check and usually don't understand what you are saying. As far as I'm concerned no food tray should be empty.
