This is our 2nd cruise with princess and both were great experiences!

We were in Florida a few days prior to sailing so we were there plenty early. We stayed in Ft. Lauderdale the night before the cruise we stayed at the Renaissance, it was very nice worth the money, we could see the ship from our room window. The bar in the renaissance was very nice we met some other fellow cruise critic members there just by chance, Wesley the bartender was great!

Embarkation/disembarkation: both went extremely fast I think we were in our room within 15-20 minutes tops. We brought two bottles of champagne on board which we had to check and I think that took the longest of the whole process. Upon leaving the ship we signed up for "Express Walk off" this is a great option, we were off the ship at 7:20 or so, this was great because we were able to catch an early flight back home. Read more
