Sail Date: May 2007

As a first time cruiser I was skeptical of the entire process. We sailed out of Baltimore, MD on May 27, 2007 and returned on June 1, 2007. From the time of arrival Royal Caribbean made the entire experience enjoyable and pleasant. Our scheduled departure was 5:00PM and we were permitted to board at 12:30PM. Every individual associated with the Ship and Royal Caribbean were pleasant, more than helpful and made you feel truly welcome.

The international staff from over thirty countries was especially interesting. I anticipated a language barrier but again I was mistaken. The food was excellent with the wait staff having a memory that is beyond belief. Once they met you they remembered you.

The Grandeur of the Seas was well maintained, clean and run as a 5 star hotel. The Crew adhered to the schedules in order to make everyone cruise truly a dream vacation. Not a thing is lacking on this ship.
