Sail Date: May 2007

Our cruise was a 22 day Trans-Atantic crossing that included ports of call in Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Gibraltar, Sicily, Malta, and Italy. By and large it was a great experience with many people on board who were on their second or third trips on board with the almost exact itinerary. The trip for us was mostly a positive experience and would do it again, with a few reservations.

Our stateroom was on the Dolphin deck near the water line and by and large it was adequate. Now there were many problems on this deck but we were lucky to have escaped them (thank heavens), these included toilet stoppages and drain problems in the sinks and tubs. We had some problems too with slow drains in the sink but they were fixed very fast I might ad.

We had no problems with the staff of any kind. The food was top notch and we have no complaints. The ship sponsored tours of which we took three were adequate and worth the money. We did one in Morocco, one in Sicily, and one in Naples. Now we heard some complaints from others about various tours, but from our previous experiences, we didn't take the ones we knew were too long and not worth the time or expense.
