Sail Date: Apr 2007

This was my first cruise with Royal Caribbean and my first transatlantic cruise. Needless to say it won't be my last of either - in fact I booked another transatlantic cruise for next April on the Celebrity Century (on which I have sailed before), whilst I was on board.

I travelled (alone) from the UK the day before we sailed and stayed at The Quorum Hotel in Tampa - very nice hotel, excellent service, good food and lovely staff.

I took the shuttle bus provided to the ship the next day (no sign of jet lag) and the check in was excellent. Straight through, very little queuing - P&O please take note, this is how it should be done!
